Exchange Policy:

We take great pride in the quality of our products, each crafted with care to bring you joy. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. However, we do offer exchanges in case of size or color issues.

Note: Please note that we do not offer return/refunds on any order. If you have below mentioned issues with product, please contact us within 7 days of product delivery and share the details, if you are eligible for replacement, we will provide you replacement for the same.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • The wrong size was delivered.

  • The wrong color was delivered.

Exchange Process:

If any of above issues apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Here’s what you need to do:

Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp at +91 70111 94219 or log in to your account and request an exchange in the "My Orders" section.
Step 2: Share your order number, invoice, photos of the product, and a description of the issue.
Step 3: Our team will review your request and confirm the eligibility for an exchange.
Step 4: If approved, your exchange request will be processed within 10-15 business days.

When Exchanges Are Not Accepted

We cannot process an exchange if:
  • The product has been used, washed, or altered in any way.
  • The exchange request is not related to size or color issues.
  •  The request is made after 7 days of receiving the order.
