Here’s how to return an item:

  2. Prepare the package: Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  3. Ship it back: We will arrange for a pickup, or you may be asked to ship the item to us. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Please note:

  • Returns are only accepted for products in their original, unused condition.

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, as per your request.

  • It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive the returned item.

Exchange Policy:

We take great pride in the quality of our products, each crafted with care to bring you joy. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. However, we do offer exchanges in case of size or color issues.

When Exchanges Are Not Accepted

We cannot process an exchange if:
  • The product has been used, washed, or altered in any way.
  • The exchange request is not related to size or color issues.
  •  The request is made after 7 days of receiving the order.
