We at Padchin want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a simple, 3-day, return policy. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 3 days of receiving it for a full refund or store credit.

Here’s how to return an item:

1. Contact us: Within 3 days of receiving your order, please email us at customerservice@padchin.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 70111 94219 with your order number.

2. Prepare the package: Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

3. Ship it back: We will arrange for a pickup, or you may be asked to ship the item to us. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Please note:

• Returns are only accepted for products in their original, unused condition.

• Every pair will be shipped with a Tag Loop attached to the product. The return will only be accepted if the Tag Loop remains intact and undamaged. If the Tag Loop is broken, removed, tampered with, or damaged, the return request will not be accepted.

• Before initiating a return, customers are required to share a clear video of the product/pair. The video must clearly show the complete condition of the product.
  

• The refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, as per your request.

• It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive the returned item.
